Most of the time, that role isn’t the one we wanted, but we don't feel like there’s much choice, so we keep following the rules and reading off the script, even if we feel unhappy.

Self-Scripted is an audio course that guides you through rewriting your script and consciously cultivating the life of your dreams.

Self-scripting lays the foundation for your UnPerformance: undoing, unfixing, unlearning the parts of your identity you never chose, and learning to nurture the most honest version of yourself.

The process of unPerforming examines the following aspects:

Module 1: Your Moment Before
Take inventory of your current script. Who are you right now at this moment? Who do you want to be?

Main Character Energy

Module 2: Develop Your MCE

Main Character Energy is reclaiming all the shouldas —“I shoulda done this. They shoulda done that. I shoulda known better. I shoulda done this by now.” Make peace with yourself and become powerful in who you are -- despite what has happened in the past. 

Module 3: Say Their Names

Tap into the power of knowing the different versions of yourself that live within you. Listen to all those previous versions of yourself you’d prefer, keep buried, and learn the lessons you need to be who you want to be.

Module 4:  Feel Her

Focusing on one specific version of yourself you’d like to heal more deeply, we will investigate what emotional states she brings with her, and most importantly – why.

Module 5:  Your Ensemble

Explore your internal archetypes and inner characters and create greater harmony. You are your own one-woman show, the Main Character in your story.

Presence Over Presenting

Module 6: Using Your Presence to Create The Present

You don’t attract what you want; you attract what you are. Your presence becomes the present. The trick is not chasing what you want but instead practicing being what you want. Learn how to embody the reality you wish to.

Module 7: Name The Desire

Figure out your big-picture goals and core desires.

MODULE  8: Experience The Desire

Practice embodying and experiencing that desire in your body.

Module 9: Create Your Emotional Algorithm

Social media platforms create algorithms, or equations, that curate content to keep users engaged. You can use your Emotional Algorithm to engage with the feeling states you desire to have.  Learn how to train your emotional algorithm. 

What’s Your Next Scene?

Module 10: Serious Daydreaming

Learn a visualization practice for connecting to an alternate version of yourself, your Sister- Self. Gain insight, clarity, or direction. Think of your Sister- Self as your faithful companion, best friend, and advice-giver. She’s your all-knowing sidekick. If you can’t, she can. If you don’t know, she does.

Module 11: Find Stillness

Dropping into a Serious Daydreaming practice is about expansion, imagination, and possibility. This is not the place for your logical brain to run the show; she already does that enough in your daily life. Take time to find stillness.

Module 12:  Set Your Intention

Take a moment to identify your specific desire for this Serious Daydreaming session.

Module 13: Meet Your Sister-Self

Now that you have the tools to seriously daydream, you can drop into meditation and meet your sister-Self, who has already achieved your desired goal.

MY BACKGROUND

I’ve taken what I’ve learned through all my years in the theater as a formally trained actress and married that body of knowledge with everything I’ve learned in the self-development industry for the last ten years. With that knowledge, I’ve developed my system of empowerment and growth for Black women that’s less about changing who you are and more about discovering what you already have to offer and taking control of your story.
