UN●RU●LY /ˌənˈro͞olē/: A whole and compassionate acceptance of your inner diversity.

This is a supportive and nonjudgmental space for Black women to discover and embrace what brings them joy and happiness.

As much as everyone says we live in a just society where everyone has the same opportunities, that’s not honest. In many ways, we have to work even harder to access those good feelings.

I want you to know that you don’t have to spend your whole life trying to make yourself good enough to be happy and you don’t have to keep trying to change who you are.

I know you’ve been working hard. You’re trying your best to do the self-work while managing everything else life throws at you.

I’m here to help you challenge those long-held beliefs about yourself and embrace your deepest desires. I want you to make choices that are aligned with who you are and who you want to be, not the person you think you have to be.

Your life is a show, and my mission is to help you see that you have the freedom to choose the role you want to play as the star of your own life.

Based On A True Story

I know what it’s like to feel like you don’t quite belong. I grew up in a household where I was the only Black person and I often felt like I was on the fringes, like I couldn’t fully express myself. I learned firsthand how different identities impact our happiness and the importance of connecting with like-minded people.

Working as an actor ironically taught me how to be myself authentically. It has been life-altering to take on the starring role in my own life and to see what can happen when others do the same.

In my work, I combine my experience as an actor and my self-development work to craft my unique approach to joy and happiness. It is less about changing everything and investing your whole life in “self-growth” and more about embracing who you are now and becoming the main character of your own life.
